Individual Therapy

Individual therapy with a social worker is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on addressing personal challenges, improving mental well-being, and developing effective coping strategies. Social workers, who are regulated health professionals, create a safe and supportive environment for their clients, allowing them to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours without judgment.

Group Intervention

Social work group interventions are structured activities designed to address the needs of individuals within a group setting. These interventions are led by social workers who facilitate group discussions, activities, and therapeutic techniques to promote personal growth, enhance social support, and address various psychosocial issues.
